About Spotlight Exchange
Spotlight Exchange is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. We organize individual artist exchange programs between countries. We arrange for artists to immerse themselves in the culture and artistic atmosphere of the host country. The program includes various theater-related workshops, as well as performances. These exchange activities provide artists with a platform to interact with local artists and audiences, fostering international cultural exchange.
Through these exchange programs, we aim to expand artists' international perspectives, enhance their artistic skills, and foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of each other's cultures and arts among the residents of both countries. By experiencing performances from the host country, people can appreciate the uniqueness of different cultures while discovering the commonalities that bridge cultural divides, deepening their understanding and appreciation of each other's cultures.

Organizational Mission
Our mission is to provide unique opportunities for micro-artists from the United States and Taiwan to engage in cross-cultural performance exchanges. Unlike well-known groups or performers who already have the opportunity to perform internationally, we focus on supporting talented artists who have yet to gain widespread recognition.
Core Values
